- 125 g sugar
- 1/2 package vanilla sugar
- 1/2 pinch of lemon zest, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 350 g flour

Mix the soft butter, add the sugar and stir until smooth. Add the vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt. Add the egg and whisk it together. Then blend the flour and the sieved baking powder, add it to the rest and stir into the dough.
Cover and leave to rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, cut out the star-shaped cookies and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 190°C (180°C convection oven) for about 8 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and decorate the stars with melted chocolate.
