- 1/2 banana
- 150 g SKYR Natural
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons grain flakes, puffed
- blueberries
- pomegranate seeds
- almonds, sliced

Cut open the mango and banana and place for at least 2 hours in the freezer.
Purée the frozen fruit, SKYR Natural and the honey with a mixer.
Then place the smoothie in a bowl and add the fresh fruit, flakes and sliced almonds.
