- 200 g oatmeal
- 150 g pumpkin, cooked and mashed
- 15 g olive oil
- 40 g hazelnut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 100 g almonds, hazelnuts and sultanas
- 60 g dark chocolate
- lactose-free hay milk, as needed

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with pumpkin puree, honey, oil, hazelnut butter, cinnamon, cardamom and dried fruit. Spread the mixture well on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally and make sure nothing burns. Wait 5 minutes and then add the chocolate flakes.
Then mix the granola with milk and enjoy.
