Preparation
Mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and oil and add to the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the chocolate and hazelnuts on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
