Whole milk
The hay milk production is in harmony with nature and promotes the biodiversity of meadows and fields. Our cattle is fed fresh grasses, meadow herbs, hay and a small amount of cereals to follow alpine traditions. We completely avoid silage feed. The Mila hay milk comes exclusively from South Tyrolean mountain farms, and has a full flavor, a fresh and natural taste. The high level of valuable ingredients makes it a very high-quality product. Like all our Mila products, it is free from genetic-engineering.
Thanks to the delicate temperature treatment, this hay milk lasts longer than conventional fresh milk.
