Lactose-free milk
We add the lactase enzyme to the milk to make our products lactose-free; the enzyme splits up milk sugar into galactose and glucose. This explains why the milk has a slightly sweet taste to it.
Lactose-free cheese
All of our ripened cheese varieties are naturally lactose-free, with a lactose content of < 0.1 g lactose per 100 g.
