Noemi, our food technologist

From the first drop of milk to the final product – Noemi is there all the way through. In the R&D department she works on new products and improves existing ones. Which explains why one often sees her sitting at the tasting table with her colleagues. She is the link between the production and sales, and she’s up to date with all the current and future food trends.

"It always starts with a customer request or market demand. I then do my best to transform this into action with my production colleagues. At the end, ideally, an innovative, well-functioning product emerges that also tastes great," Noemi explains, "It’s a nice feeling to have been a part of the development and then be able to see the finished product."
